What do you like most?
-Allows members to book directly at independent& boutique hotels. -Rewards are flexible. -You still get cash back, credit, or charitable donations.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
When I log into the system to view guest rewards, it currently only shows activity from the current week. I’d like the ability to view guest reward history from previous weeks as well ideally with options to filter by date range or look back at least one week.
