What do you like most?
Great people to work with throughout the AGYS products and departments. They do show a level of care and concern when addressing our needs/issues. We have several AGYS products and have seen the significant growth of each of them to satisfy our needs.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Communication amongst the AGYS departments in terms of development and support. QA testing can also be much improved, as we have been told several times that something is fixed, when it is, in fact, not.
