What do you like most?
Triptease proved itself to be an excellent tool for increasing direct boookings and detecting parity issues with our OTA partners - on both levels we experienced significant improvements during these years since we're using the software!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Maybe it should be considered increasing the frequency of pop-up for some messages (eg. instead of every 24 hours, decrease to 12 ... 6 ... 3 ... idk)
