What do you like most?
I truly enjoy using Lighthouse. The platform is very user-friendly compared to others, with a clean and modern interface that looks great and is not old-fashioned at all. The system updates in real time, which makes my daily work much easier and more efficient. Their support team is also excellent—responsive, helpful, and always willing to assist whenever I need help. Overall, I’m very satisfied and would highly recommend Lighthouse to my friends and colleagues in other hotels. It’s a reliable and well-designed tool that definitely stands out in the market.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There might be some bugs to fix, but whenever I raise a case with the support team, they respond immediately, which is very satisfying.
