What do you like most?
- User-friendly and technologically advanced which allows for quick and clear communication to internal teams and our clients, and allows for efficiency of our sales teams- - Reporting functionality is clear and easy to navigate. Encapsulates all reporting needs in a clear format. - Quick support and best practices provided from Tripleseat account manager and Tripleseat online support.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Group and event forecasting tools- current event forecasting focuses on smaller revenue centers, and would be helpful to have more of a roll-up to look at monthly revenue as a whole, with breakouts to larger event centers (Food, Venue Rental, Liquor, etc) as an option.
