What do you like most?
Obviously the direct booking piece has been the most valuable especially for an independent Hotel in a sea of branded Hotels. The instant reward with the cash back option seems to be the driving factor for guest to sign up rather than dealing with points.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Maybe a little more detailed reporting explaining the various columns listed. Or at least condensing the current reporting down to what is most useful to the property.
