Actabl has been very helpful in streamlining our day to day hotel operations, especially for lost and found tracking and concierge coordination. It allows our team to stay organized, document interactions clearly and maintain accountability accross departments. This platform is straightforward to use and it helps reduce miscommunication between teams which is critical in a hotel environment.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Faster loading times and minor UI improvements would make the experience even smoother during peak operations. The interface could also be more intuitive in certain areas, especially when searching or retrieving older records.
