What do you like most?
DUVE is a great platform that helps streamline guest communication, simplify the pre-arrival process, and enhance the overall guest experience. Its user-friendly interface and upselling features make daily operations more efficient while creating additional revenue opportunities for our property.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
One area for improvement is the integration between DUVE and the PMS/Channel Manager, as occasional synchronization errors still occur. Sometimes, the syncing process unexpectedly changes existing PMS settings, which can disrupt daily operations. Improving integration stability and ensuring that synchronization does not interfere with existing configurations would make the platform more reliable and efficient.
