What do you like most?
Fornova is an amazing tool to monitor rate parity but also technical issues. We also have the best service from our Enterprise Customer Success Manager : Olivier Budin. He gave us inestimable advice and insights. We love how we can store all of our own test bookings data and see which OTA is our worst offender. The distribution intelligence is very user friendly and very intuitive.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
- Fornova Customer Success support needs improvement on the analyse of our requests.- Competitive Intelligence is still a work in progress but is not as user friendly and intuitive as the Distribution Intelligence.
