The ability to create urgency and upsell based on pre-arrival emails. Driving further direct revenue. Furthermore the platform itself is user friendly and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Cannot fault the system, the teams or the platform. The way in which they constantly partner with 3rd parties is incredible and really helpful.
