What do you like most?
I like the ease of use compared to other system we used to use. It's easy to submit requests and I like that.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I do wish I didn't have to type in "Accor" at the beginning of every use. I wish it would automatically show up as I select Alice from my computer.
