What do you like most?
It is a vital tool for our properties, it helps us compare rates, both of our property and the compset, as well as analyze market behavior, demand of the same and also rate tracking which allows us to maintain rate parity.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
When tracking demand, we would like to be able to visualize the historical market demand, it would allow us to compare the annual behavior of destination searches and be even more objective when making decisions.
