Broadcasting messages to multiple guests is a great feature - Quick process to share when requesting company's preferred billing information.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Updating or synching correct guest contact information for OTA bookers. Messages would link to a defaulted contact number, even when guest information has been updated in hotels PMS upon check in.
