What do you like most?
I enjoy the ability to track labor, response time, and work order efficiency in exquisite detail through Transcendent. Hotel Effectiveness is a fantastic tool for tracking schedules and labor.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Hotel Effectiveness requires authentication. I have typically already authenticated twice before I ever click on HE, so it seems a bit redundant to have a third authentication involved in a 5 minute labor check.
