What do you like most?
I love using Tripleseat! The tasks and automations make it so easy to stay organized and keep track of everything for my events. I especially love being able to automate reminders and important steps throughout the planning process, which helps me stay on top of deadlines and makes managing multiple events much easier.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
One thing I think could be improved is the process of creating multiple documents for the same booking. Sometimes the same information appears on two different booking documents, which can feel repetitive and create extra work. It would be helpful to have more control over what information appears on each document so everything stays streamlined and organized.
