I like the combination of learning from colleagues as well as info regarding new and old solutions. I’m all about innovation and happy to see AI was intertwined.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Would like more hands on and 1:1 opportunities. Also round tables maybe with other resorts to pick their brains abut SOPs and usability.
