What do you like most?
Guestbook has been an amazing tool for our property. Since using the program, we have been able to gain more exposure, bring in additional bookings, and offer something valuable to our returning guests. One of the things we really love is the loyalty program. It gives our repeat guests the opportunity to earn points that they can use not only at our property, but at other participating properties as well. It has given us another way to reward our loyal guests and encourage them to continue booking with us. Guestbook has also helped increase our property's visibility and get us in front of more potential guests, which has been incredibly valuable. Overall, we have had a great experience with the program and feel it has been a wonderful addition to our property. It has helped us grow while also allowing us to give something back to the guests who continue to choose us year after year.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Honestly, there is not much I would change about Guestbook. The system works really well for us as it is, and we have been very happy with it overall. If I could suggest one addition, it would be giving properties the ability to apply a guest's points directly toward their stay when they ask to use them. I think having that option on the property side would make the process a little easier and more convenient for both our team and our guests. Other than that, I really do not have anything I would change. We have had a great experience with the program and are very happy with how it currently works.
