What do you like most?
Thynk Cloud has completely transformed the way we manage our MICE business and Central Sales operations. The platform allows our Central Sales team to handle all RFPs and sales activities for multiple hotels efficiently and in a streamlined manner — from the first inquiry to contract and event execution. We can easily monitor our Sales Managers’ performance, actions, and follow-ups across the group, ensuring transparency and accountability at every level. The Salesforce foundation adds reliability, customization, and scalability, while the Thynk team provides exceptional support and hospitality expertise that truly makes a difference.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We would welcome further integrations and more dedicated solutions for handling B2B Tour Operator contracting and monitoring for Resort Hotels. Expanding these capabilities would make Thynk an even more complete and unified CRM platform for both transient and group sales management.
