What do you like most?
I have used Revinate in my previous role and now have implemented it in my new role. With the email marketing tool we can see an immediate ROI as Revinate integrated with our PMS. I can have a clear understanding of our consumer market and insights at a glance. In dept. analytical reporting helps us make strategic business decisions based on the results. Ability to segment communication such as pre stay, confirmation, post stay and email marketing which assisted in personalising the guest experience & journey. Automation of this communication reduced manual labour significantly. Email marketing segmentation allowed us target OTA customers with a Win back campaign to drive direct business. Easy to use software that has a wide range of connectivity options Support team are always on hand to advise and assist. Consistently innovative and developing the systems in place. I would highly recommend Revinate as a technology must have in order to drive revenue through email marketing and upselling, increase direct conversion, a high level of guest engagement whilst reducing manual labour.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Cost is the only slightly negative aspect I have come accross with my hotels, however once you understand how much this system can offer it becomes apparent that you will very quickly see your return on investment
