What do you like most?
Guestbook allows independent hotels to compete against the Brands with well-established Rewards programs. The Program drives unique visitors and ultimately pays for itself!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Guestbook currently meets our needs, and I have not evaluated where improvements could be made. I would imagine incorporating AI support and reporting will continue.
