What do you like most?
The system is user friendly and reliable. From the building of event orders and I love the guest portal feature including the tripleseat payment feature.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The integration with our website has been a bit difficult at times. We have experiences a few glitches that took a bit too much time to resolve.
