What do you like most?
Our favorite feature in ALICE is the Guest SMS tool—it has completely streamlined how we communicate with guests in real time. Being able to answer questions, send updates, and coordinate service instantly has elevated both our responsiveness and our overall guest experience. It’s simple, intuitive, and truly one of the most valuable parts of the platform.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We would love to see even more customization options for reporting and dashboard views. Greater flexibility there would help us tailor insights to our property’s specific operational needs. Additionally, group message support would be great for our specific needs.
