What do you like most?
The implementation of Flexkeeping went really smooth and we are in close contact to make sure the newly renovated hotel runs smoothly with a new system. During a pre-opening process it is hard to start with a new operating system, but with good collaboration together with the Flexkeeping team we are making the utmost out of the app.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Automatic translation of checklists, this is not an automatic task now. But could be very useful and less time consuming in the future.
