What do you like most?
Lighthouse is an incredible resource that I rely on daily to boost my productivity at work. The Chat feature, in particular, has been a game-changer for me. It provides almost instant responses to any roadblocks I encounter while navigating the site. Recently, Jordan assisted me in finding a report I never knew existed. Her help not only saved me a tremendous amount of time but also simplified what used to be a tedious and daunting task. Knowing that the Chat is available, I feel more confident and supported in my work. I will definitely use it more often, as it has proven to be an essential tool on an already outstanding platform.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Improvement would be minimal, as my experience has proven to be successful. However, other users may benefit from a few enhancements. While I truly believe the Chat feature is invaluable, especially for its instant responses and the support it provides, I have a few suggestions for further improvement. Reducing response times during peak hours, adding a feature to categorize and save past conversations, and integrating the Chat with other tools on the platform could make it even more efficient. Extending the Chat’s availability to 24/7 (if it isn't already, I don't know, as I only work during business hours) would be incredibly beneficial providing support at any time and accommodating users who work outside regular business hours. I’m excited to see how these enhancements could make an already fantastic tool even better.
