What do you like most?
The whole interface is super intuitive, we could adapt Thynk to the way we manage our bookings, and the Analytics dashboards provided in standard are super helpful to analyze which market to leverage for even more growth. Our users are happy to work with it!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The team is actually working on Event Management evolution to make it even more intuitive and flexible. In addition, AI integration is coming, to initiate potential business based on customer emails and pre fill bookings help sales teams save more and more time on the most basic actions, freeing time for customer care and upsell. You want to make a sale team sell rather than type? Let's give them the time to do so!
