What do you like most?
Since implementing Triptease, we’ve seen a noticeable uplift in direct bookings and guest confidence throughout the booking journey. The price comparison and messaging tools work exceptionally well to reinforce value over OTAs. Reporting is clear and easy to understand, allowing us to confidently track performance and ROI.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Improved reporting customization and enhanced in-platform guidance would further strengthen an already effective platform.Some areas of the interface could benefit from simplification, particularly around campaign setup and testing.
