What do you like most?
I like Lighthouse because it is easy to use and helps me monitor competitor rates, understand market trends, and adjust our room rates to stay competitive. I also appreciate the knowledgeable and helpful support team, whose product knowledge is better than that of many other applications. :)
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Report Section: - I think Lighthouse could be improved by making the reports easier to understand and providing clearer recommendations to help us make pricing decisions faster. - Sometimes, when downloading a report, we only want to remove an unnecessary column, but the entire report or data gets deleted instead. BI Section: There are two different rates shown in the Segment Drill Down. Each function displays a different rate, but they should all show the same rate for consistency.
