What do you like most?
The interface is clean and intuitive, and we were up and running quickly without a steep learning curve. Having retargeting and paid search tracked in one place saves time and removes the guesswork. For a small independent property, that simplicity is everything.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Honestly, Triptease is delivering on what we need right now, and it's hard to find much to critique. If I had to pick something, I'd love to see continued investment in reporting depth as the product evolves, but that's more of a "keep going" than a real complaint.
