What do you like most?
We use THYNK in conjunction with the Mews PMS and have completey rolled out both solutions in our 24 German hotels and a hotel abroad. What we really appreciate about this Event Management Software is the wealth of functions for almost every use case and issue in our sales organization and the operational departments in the hotels. In addition, the team is extremely committed and flexible, so we have been able to solve almost every challenge so far. The prepared dashboards for detailed reporting are very comprehensive and informative.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
No system solution is really able to fully cover all eventualities, you have to accept that. Compared to a fully natively integrated solution, there will always be specific requirements that are not, or at least not ideally, solved by an API. For users who have previously used a complete solution, this takes some time getting used to, because the complexity of using two independent systems should not be underestimated. However, the application has continuously evolved since its introduction in our hotels and now covers a wide range of processes. The pace of innovation is quite remarkable!
