Market insights & demand forecast. Events calendar activities and insights on our rates whether is it competitive enough. Rate shopping tools which can show live rates.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Rate parity comparison is not accurate. Would be great if test bookings can be made so hotels can deep dive on the issue. Customer support on rate parity issue is something that I will mark down the points as the experience is not so good.
