What do you like most?
The overall design in the app for the guest and for the property. Als the Options for the property to style the Duve App and every Upsell and Information works really well. It is also really easy to create an upsell or information sheet. The app is build really intuitive to work with.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The Connection with the PMS can improved in terms of Opera Cloud. For example: We have to split the breakfast into beverage and food which can not be saved in Duve. Turn arounds are possible but not perfect. Also when I create an upsell or something else its is shown on the right side on a phone. This is really practical but it seems that it does not always show the layout out as it is presented in the end. This is especially the case in the overwiev where you see all the Hotel information and upgrades.
