What do you like most?
A fantastic program; it makes our lives easier, helps at reception, and is simple and easy to understand. Anyone can use it immediately; it requires no extensive training or anything like that. We would definitely choose it again.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The connection to the portals could be improved. Often it takes forever, or, for example, Airbnb can't be answered. It would also be nice to have a reminder, like a pop-up, when a new review comes in, so you don't forget to reply to them, even during busy seasons. Otherwise, it's very easy to use.
