What do you like most?
Duve assists operations with reduced time at check-in and reduced time on enquiries from in-house guests thanks to the DuveAI solution. It also assists with overall uplift of total revenue. Utilising the upselling of room types as well as F&B additions.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
An excellent addition would be to create dynamic price points for room type upselling. This would allow for more upselling based on occupancy and day of week.
