What do you like most?
Convenience with contacting guests and having reliable service. makes our guest pre check in process smoother and easier. guests are given more options to contact and request amenities.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Better ui, make it easier to access guests individually submitted profiles. an easier and cleaner page for credit card authorizations as it is all clumped together and harder to navigate. maybe adding filters to the list so we can find what we need easier.
