What do you like most?
The data the software hold for each guest. The VAT Eligibility check is really cool. The way we can see the guest interface to see if there are bugs or pending requests.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Sometimes Duve runs a background checks for VAT Eligibility but in some reservation it runs the same test for the same passport once an hour and each time it adds a new line in the changes log. It makes it really annoying to scroll down a lot past the hundreds of changes created by DUVEAL. Also I know it's from security purpose but the whole email verification each login is really frustrating.
