What do you like most?
The rate shopping is very smooth especially after adding to my access the possibility of shopping for select dates rather than the entire period. Good insights on GDS & Meta shoppings for hotel & flights with relevant information.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The parity option lacks evidence as it cannot rely on Meta Search results, on property level we need to have a "clicked through" results that can be used as an evidence of rate parity. In most cases, when I see the Meta Search results I am unable to find the claimed "parity" rate.
