What do you like most?
THN is always available for discussing an issue or have a tool at hand that can solve the exact issue you have with pricing towards OTA's or making your own prices more visible to a customer. Insightful and intuitive with new ideas to stay ahead it this game.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
UI in tools is lacking a bit and so is the adjustability in the same. THN has many techs working in the background but the UI is not the most intuitive one for the savvy user. It needs to work for the basic user as well, but an "expect" mode would be great. Also there is a lot of tools THN and then are not all placed in the same box, but in different systems.
