What do you like most?
It allows you to centrally collect and review all data around your hotel perception. It gives you real time insights on what is going on from the customer perspective and where to direct your focus.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
For the V2 of the platform, I would say the design. In terms of functionality, I believe it tracks the correct data and allows you to aggregate them in the best possible way. Although it already provides you with certain templates, it also allows each user to customize the platform to their own likings.
