What do you like most?
The software can provide a clear, high-level overview to help guide the company toward higher performance, while allowing users to drill down into the details when needed. It can also make it easy to create reports tailored to different audiences, delivering relevant insights that meet the needs of everyone—from directors to shop-floor users.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The API integration still needs further work. We are moving toward where we want to be, but progress is taking longer than expected. We have been working for more than a year to get everything running seamlessly, including ten months since going live. The team is eager to help and committed to making things work. However, it can sometimes be difficult to explain these extended timelines to our users.
