What I like most is the combination of rapid product innovation and deep hospitality domain expertise. The team consistently delivers new capabilities quickly, maintains a flexible roadmap that adapts to customer needs, invests in AI-driven modules, and offers a strong product catalogue. The new booking engine, overall product performance, and responsive support model have all contributed positively to our experience.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
One area that could be improved is the release and change management process. Better visibility of upcoming releases, stronger customer-specific testing, proactive monitoring, and clearer communication around business-impacting changes would help reduce operational disruption and increase confidence when adopting new functionality.
