What do you like most?
I cannot recommend The Guestbook highly enough! Having partnered with them at four different hotels, I can confidently say they are an exceptional partner in the hospitality industry. Their team is truly outstanding—professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and an absolute pleasure to work with. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure a successful partnership, and their commitment to both their hotel partners and the guest experience is evident in everything they do. Our guests genuinely love the program, and it has been a wonderful addition to each property I've worked with. It’s rare to find a partner that delivers such a great experience for both the hotel and its guests. I truly value our partnership and look forward to continuing to work with their incredible team!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There is truly nothing I would recommend improving upon at this time. Having partnered with The Guestbook across four different properties, my experience has been consistently exceptional. Their team is incredibly responsive, proactive, and always willing to go above and beyond to support their hotel partners. The program itself is well-executed, easy to work with, and genuinely appreciated by our guests. The level of service, communication, and partnership they provide is outstanding, and I have always felt that our success is just as important to them as their own. They continue to set a high standard for what a great hospitality partnership should look like!
