What do you like most?
Nice interface, room chart, good performance and responsiveness / Third-party integration through API (channel manager, accounting programs...) / Accounting module / Reliable customer support / All other things you could expect from a good quality hotel system – inventory, segmentation, concierge etc. Overall it is reliable solution that still has considerable potential for further development and refinement.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Address book doesnt work quite well (f.e. there is very little control of what is pushed to the system from channel manager and keeping it clean is impossible without investing great amount of man hours to maintain it) and there are basically no CRM features. It would be better if they developed their own since there are so many CRM solutions and it would be easier to have it implemented within HotelTime than connecting another third-party app. /Reporting is quite a mess. There are so many reports that duplicate themselves, report names and terminology aren't unified. There are also reports missing crucial information (f.e. Reservation list report in Libero doesn't contain information about which staff member created the reservation or when it was created although these information are present in the report filters)./ It would be nice to finally have Vento app for android. We are very limited by gradually shrinking selection of Windows tablets, which are also very costly.

Thank you for your review! :) That's right, there's really no way of verifying if a guest has ever stayed in the hotel, when they make a reservation through the OTA. HotelTime does not have a CRM system and we recommend linking to 3rd party CRM systems for enhanced guest handling instead. Thanks for the suggestion on the reports. Vento for Androids will be available! We assume we could have it this year (2024) in the cloud and thus it will be able to run on any smart device.
