What do you like most?
Revinate gives us the ability to review mass information efficiently and respond to guests promptly. It also allows us to contact guests effectively to provide service and/or drive sales. Reputation management as well as internal surveys support our hotel management team with driving improvements in service, which is essential in a market with big inflation, where service needs to improve to match increasing prices.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Revinate offers multiple solutions, and when you have a clear goal to reach, the system can support this. However, you are paying for much more and it would be better if all modules are practices and taught during the first year to maximize the use for your property.
