What do you like most?
It's a platform for comprehensively controlling preventative maintenance and incident resolution; you can adjust almost anything with the necessary permissions.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Regarding latency, I believe it is necessary to shorten the time it takes for events to be reflected on mobile users, since more than a few minutes can pass between the creation of a ticket and its delivery to the end user.
