What do you like most?
I worked with many different tools, this one is a hit and run! Stable guest surveys and amount of feedback generated from guests through this tool. It works.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Word clouds would be cool if it is set up correct, for deep dive into real feedback from guests, especially from competitors. Also in need is the possibility to re-arrange guest feedback that AI has analyzed as negative wording, but it is actually positive. How to push the AI to improve or give management the chance to change obvious misinterpreted guest feedback. THANKS for listening.
