What do you like most?
We’ve had a fantastic experience with The Guestbook! One of our favorite features is how it directs guests to our own website to book, helping us grow our direct bookings and save. The loyalty points are another great benefit, giving guests extra value and a reason to return. A wonderful platform that benefits both our hotel and our guests!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I think so all the current mechanism and of the platform is in perfect shape. I still did not find any loophole all together in this platform.
