What do you like most?
The efforts to continuously improve the program. The helpfulness of the telephone support team, who always remain calm even with the simplest questions.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
- The settings are very confusing and need to be revised. For example, texts are saved under different locations depending on where they are used, and changes sometimes require tedious searching. - Better organization of informational texts is needed. For example, booking texts have to be created separately even though they already exist within the content blocks. - Add a help button - the program is becoming increasingly complex.
