We like the integration in our central reservations system and placement directly on our booking engine. The marketing behind the loyalty program is a great boost for our small chain, and we like to see strong cross network contribution.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Any additional tools to drive direct bookings and traffic to our website from general or AI search would be great! We know that The Guestbook is always developing more opportunities for us to capture new guests.
