What do you like most?
I love how easy the system is to navigate, how much detail and insight there is available to you. The reports allow you to check Rate Parity and easily identify any issues. The data allows you make changes in order to optimize rates and adjust your strategy inline with the market conditions.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We would appreciate increased training and coaching sessions through the year to be able to gain the most of the system. Not just presentations for additional options or add ons that are selling to us.
