What do you like most?
- The ease of use. Clear and easy to find the information you need. - Mailing and task possiblities. - Potential of report building for data analysis.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
- Customer service. They are always quick in providing an answer, but the answer is not always giving the right solution (especially with report building). - Creating notes per booking per day. It is possible, but this field is not visible via the 'home screen' of a reservation. Now the BEO's are extremely long and confusing for extensive events, because all notes are combined.
